Punjab Minister for Housing and concrete Development Mian Mehmood-ur-Rasheed on Thursday (March 11) distributed allotment letters among the successful applicants of low-cost public housing launched under the Naya Pakistan Housing Programme (NPHP) initiative in Hazro, Attock.
The ballot and the handover allocation letters ceremony was organized by the Punjab Housing and Town Planning Agency (PHATA), with help of the Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) to provide the technical expertise for the ballot. A computerized ballot was conducted to identify the successful applicants
The ballot was conducted to determine successful applicants for 400 "3 marlas" residential plots from a total of 459 applications and 189 "5 marlas" residential plots from a total of 950 applications
These plots are offered at a rate of PKR 114,000 per marla with a payment plan of two years.
